Our HIIT sessions are divided into 3 categories;
-Cardio
-Strength & Conditioning
-Mixed
This allows us to focus on different training methods to ensure a well rounded week of movement.
These are available Live Online as well as some in person sessions. It is recommended that you have a gym mat and if you like hand weight (or some tinned tomatoes to begin with).
Each session we will being with breathwork to calm our central nervous system and ensure we are present for the session. We will then begin a warm up, followed by learning the movement groups before beginning the HIIT portion of the sessions followed by stretching.
The HIIT times will vary depending on what the content includes, and to keep your body guessing and challenged.

30s Work; 60s Recovery
