I look at your whole body, what you want to achieve and any injuries you may have to personalise your experience.

Pilates focuses on activating your muscles CORRECTLY, this helps with developing correct technique, strengthening your core, improving your posture as well as strengthening your pelvic floor.
Our sessions begin with a few moments of breathwork to clam your central nervous system, allowing you to bring your focus to your mind and body. We then move into a full body Pilates sessions where you are offered a range of options to increase or decrease the difficulty/intensity of each movement . We may include the use of small apparatus (Pilates circles, bands, hand weight etc). After the core of our session is finished we will stretch our bodies to ensure our muscles are well looked after.
